Figure Posing
Do not underestimate the importance of your quarter turns and posing. This element alone can make or break you when it comes to the judges’ decision. I've heard it a dozen times, "It doesn't matter how great your physique is, if you don’t know how to properly show it then WE can’t see it and have to give you a lower score." In other words, you can have a great physique, but if you don’t know how to nail those poses, turn gracefully, walk with confidence and properly show off all your hard work then you are doing yourself a great injustice.

Entering the stagePlease call in advance as times book up very quickly. You will need to bring your posing suit/sports bra and short shorts and your heels.

Competition Day Help
Morning OR Evening only: Need someone to help you with your tanning, oil application, glue, and to just be your assistant for all your prejudging needs? Give me a call at 816-679-1711. Price is $75. Morning session concludes after pre-judging of your class is complete. Evening session ends after your class has been given awards.
Morning AND Evening: All the same services are available as above, but include preparation help for morning and evening show. Price is $125.
*Services do not include styling of hair or makeup application. I can help assist with these things but do not claim to be a professional in either service.
Tanning
Need help getting your tanning solution applied? Don’t want to deal with “orange” palms? No more struggling to reach your back or trying to reach those hard to get places let me do the work for you. Tanning application service is $40 and by appointment only.
